Here at Stay In The Fire we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied we will accept returns for a full refund or exchange, similar or not, up to 30 days from the day you receive your shipment.  The returned gear must be in the same condition you received it and must be sent back in the original package.  Please remember to keep your receipt.  You will be responsible for all return and exchange shipment fees.

 

EXCHANGE

Once we receive your item we will notify you we have received your return and inspect the condition it was returned.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange after inspection.  Once your exchange is approved we will notify you and your exchanged item will be shipped to you that day.

You can cancel you order if your order has not been shipped yet.  Simply send us an email with your invoice number and we will cancel your order and return funds to the credit card used for payment.  If your order has already shipped we can accept a return.
